According to the Articles of Association SKF's share capital is comprised of a minimum of SEK 500 million and a maximum of SEK 2,000 million. Of this amount, a maximum of 1,760 million shares may be Class A shares and a maximum of 1,760 million shares may be Class B shares. An A share entitles one vote and a B share one-tenth of a vote. In all other respects, SKF's Class A and B shareholders have the same rights. A holder of Class A shares has the right but not the obligation to require that any or all such Class A shares are converted to Class B shares. The number of shares shall amount to a minimum of 440,000,000 and a maximum of 1,760,000,000.
